1. Rental & Return Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all our riders at JoJo Rides Jaipur, we maintain the following policy:
Punctuality: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon Date and Time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, after which a delay penalty of Rs. 100 per hour plus standard hourly rental rates will apply.
Authorized Riders: Only the individual whose documents are verified is authorized to ride. Sub-letting or lending the vehicle to unauthorized persons without prior consent from JoJo Rides Jaipur attracts a penalty of Rs. 1,000.
Usage Restrictions: Rented vehicles are strictly for personal commuting within approved limits. They must not be used for racing, stunts, commercial goods transportation, or towing.
2. Equipment & Damage
Helmet Care: We provide well-maintained helmets. Minor damage to a helmet incurs a Rs. 200 fee, while major damage or loss results in a replacement fine of Rs. 800.
Maintenance: Users are responsible for the vehicle's safety during the tenure. Any mechanical issues or unusual sounds must be reported to our Sindhi Camp office immediately.
3. Safety & GPS Monitoring
For the protection of our 2026 fleet and the safety of our riders, all vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking.
Speed Limits: For scooters and bikes (100cc-150cc), the maximum speed limit is 70 KMPH.
Violations: Over-speeding alerts recorded by our system will result in a safety fine of Rs. 100 per instance.
4. Information Collection & Use
We collect essential data to facilitate your Jaipur Bike Rental:
Identity: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and contact info.
Telemetry: Real-time location and speed data via GPS for security.
Payment: Secure transaction history for billing and refunds.
5. Data Security
JoJo Rides Jaipur uses industry-standard encryption. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. We only share necessary info with payment gateways and insurance providers under strict confidentiality.
